Meet the doctor
Gregory R. Cannizzo, DDS
Dr. Gregory R. Cannizzo has practiced general dentistry for 37 years in the McHenry area. He is an Illinois Licensed General Dentist. Three years after starting his practice, he received advanced training in orthodontics and has helped correct the smiles of children, teens, and adults for over 34 years. Dr. Cannizzo's experience also includes advanced training in ceramic restorations and veneers. While his gentle manner is appreciated by all his patients, he is especially experienced in working with children. Dr. Greg resides in Crystal Lake with his wife, Linda. The couple has four adult children together.
Experience
Dr. Cannizzo is a member as well as President of the prestigious Academy of Orthodontics and the American Orthodontic Society. He has been the editor of the Journal of the American Orthodontic Society for the past 20 years and has published several articles in both American and Foreign journals. Dr. Cannizzo is also a member of The American Dental Association, The Academy of General Dentistry, the Illinois State Dental Society, The McHenry County Dental Society, The American Academy of Oral Systemic Health, and The Chicago Dental Society.
